Bad Habit

The point of this project was to show emotion through hands. I knew I wanted to show the feeling of nervousness or anxiety through either picking at nails or biting them. I've always struggled with both of these habits. My favorite detail in this piece is the yellow triangles right next to the subject. I added these to signify that the action of picking at nails is making a sound.
